Terms and Condition：

·      Our company will send the cards entrusted by our customers to the PSA or Beckett headquarters in the US, or to the CGC company in Hong Kong (customers can choose one of the three). After receiving the cards back from the selected grading company, we will return them to the customers.

·      For cards sent to PSA or Beckett, all cards will be shipped to the US PSA or Beckett via FEDEX. Our company is not responsible for any accidents during transportation. (Please assume there is almost no compensation in such cases). For cards sent to CGC, the cards will first be sent to CGC in Hong Kong, and CGC will be responsible for transporting the cards to the US CGC. Our company is not responsible for any accidents during transportation.

·      We are not responsible for any damage or loss of cards caused by accidents or natural disasters.

·      Our company is not responsible for any grading results. Moreover, PSA, Beckett or CGC do not accept any challenges regarding the results.

·      Our company cannot guarantee "sequential number" grading by PSA or CGC. Beckett does not accept such request.

·      If PSA or CGC accidentally damages the cards, our company is also not responsible. PSA and CGC may compensate the lower of the declared value and the market value. (The market price is determined internally by PSA and CGC)

·      For Beckett, our company's fee only covers a maximum declared value (insurance) of $100USD per card. If a higher insurance fee is required, you need to apply to us separately for a quote.

·      In the transportation process of sending the graded cards back to our company, if there is any loss, PSA, Beckett or CGC may compensate the lower of the declared value and the market value. (The market price is determined by each grading company.

·      If the market price of the graded cards increases, PSA and CGC may change the grading service and fees, and the customer needs to bear the difference. If the market price of the cards submitted by the customer does not fit the declared value range covered by the PSA or CGC grading service specified by the customer, PSA or CGC may change the grading service and fees for the card, and the customer needs to bear the difference.

·      After applying for the service, we do not accept any cancellations or refunds. Graded cards must be paid for and collected within 14 business days, even for customers who have prepaid, otherwise HobbyX has the right to resell or retain the item.

 Graded cards may be used for photography or promotional purposes.

·      Customers need to comply with all the terms and conditions of PSA, Beckett, and CGC. Please refer to psacard.com, beckett.com or cgccards.hk for details. HobbyX Store reserves the final decision on any disputes.
