HobbyX Store是香港地區經授權的PSA、CGC和BGS的官方認可經銷商。作為多間鑑定公司的官方授權店，HobbyX Store經過嚴格篩選並具有相應的信譽和專業知識。這代表著HobbyX Store在卡牌鑑定方面具有豐富經驗，並感到自信能提供高品質的服務和保證。
HobbyX Store提供免費初步驗卡服務，幫助客戶對卡片進行初步評估，選擇合適的鑑定公司並預測可能的分數。此外，HobbyX Store還提供基本清潔服務，以減少卡片在鑑定過程中可能扣分的風險，並盡力為客戶爭取最佳評級的機會。
HobbyX 會通過發送電郵形式，為客戶更新鑑定進度，從到達鑑定公司，完成鑑定以至可供客戶領取，每一個步驟都會通知客戶。此外，本公司有專用系統供客戶查閱進度及提前確認分數結果，這套系統有助於客戶隨時獲取提交到本公司的卡片的最新鑑定狀況。

每1-2周出團一次，卡片將會送到香港CGC辦公室，由CGC負責寄送到美國。

如果需要為親筆簽名評級，每張需要額外支付的費用，具體金額取決於不同的服務選項，詳細可向店舖查詢。鑑定時間亦會因此增加大約30天不等。
如果卡牌評級後的價值超過所選擇服務的最高申報價值，PSA有權強制將您升級到下一個服務等級並收取額外的鑑定費用。
